Agreement and eligibility

By installing or using Flexible Delivery Date, you agree to these terms for the business you represent. You confirm that you have authority to connect the Shopify store and configure its delivery experience.

Installation, plans, and billing

The app is installed through Shopify. Available plan information is shown before approval, and billing and cancellation are handled through Shopify. Shopify's platform and billing terms also apply to your relationship with Shopify.

Your delivery settings and responsibilities

You are responsible for the delivery dates, preparation time, cutoffs, prices, providers, products, exclusions, free-delivery thresholds, and customer-facing wording you configure. You must check that published settings suit your operation and comply with consumer, advertising, tax, shipping, and other laws that apply to your store.

Acceptable use and account security

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, probe it without permission, or use it to break the law or another person's rights. Protect access to your Shopify account and tell us promptly if you believe app-related credentials or access have been compromised.

Availability, maintenance, and changes

We take reasonable care to keep the app available and its core behaviour dependable, but service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, security work, Shopify changes, internet faults, and circumstances outside reasonable control can affect availability. We may make proportionate changes to maintain, secure, or improve the app.

Intellectual property

WebSlice retains ownership of the app, website, design, and associated intellectual property. While your plan is active, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for the connected Shopify store. You retain rights in your store content and settings.

Suspension, cancellation, and uninstalling

You can cancel through Shopify or uninstall the app. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, non-payment reported by Shopify, legal compliance, or serious breach of these terms. Uninstalling stops app operation and begins the deletion process described in the privacy policy.

Liability

Each party remains responsible for loss caused by its breach or negligence, subject to the limits permitted by law and the commercial context of the app. WebSlice is not responsible for merchant-configured promises, fulfilment decisions, carrier performance, Shopify outages, or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where United Kingdom law prevents that exclusion or limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you as a merchant.
